José Manuel Cardiel: the dream of exhibiting at the Guggenheim of the renowned Aragonese doctor

A doctor by vocation, he spent 40 years practicing medicine as a stomatologist and is currently part of the Quirón surgical team with Dr. Eloy Tejero. Cardiel is also the Honduran consul, Vice President of the College of Physicians, a commentator on Cadena Cope and Aragón TV, and an artist since he discovered his passion for painting 33 years ago. All these facets and many more fill not only his professional resume but also his life resume, capturing his personality in each of his works: restless, dynamic, and persistent. He has been called the "Aragonese Pollock" for his painting style, abstract expressionism.
